1. Introduction interview

CONVERSATION WITH A TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR, who will introduce the company and the benefits of cooperation. In this step, we want us to get to know each other as well as possible.

2. Technical check

TECHNICAL INTERVIEW with a technical recruiter who verifies your skills. Technical interviews are conducted by experienced Professionals working in our projects.

3. Project interview

MEETING WITH THE CLIENT/PROJECT LEADER. At this stage, your knowledge and skills will be reviewed for a specific project. Soft skills will also be assessed.
