Modivo is a modern e-commerce platform that combines advanced technologies such as AI and dynamic data analytics with an excellent shopping experience. Through innovation, it sets new standards in the online fashion industry.
The aim of the project was to rebuild the architecture of the Modivo platform, starting with the shopping cart module – a key element influencing customer experience and revenue. The transformation to a distributed architecture was aimed at increasing scalability, improving performance and facilitating system development.
Transforming Modivo’s architecture meant moving to microservices with Kubernetes and advanced monitoring systems. The team moved to an iterative work model, ensuring horizontal scalability and performance during peak traffic, while integrating modern solutions with legacy systems for operational fluidity.
We transformed Modivo’s architecture by introducing microservices, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and CI/CD to accelerate development and deployment. Advanced monitoring enabled ongoing optimization, and APIs ensured seamless integration with legacy systems. The new architecture is scalable, resilient, and future-proof.
