As a Software Test Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing the development and maintenance of automated tests, performing tests and reporting their results as well as preparing documentation and test scenarios.
As a tester in our company, you can work for leaders in the following industries: E-commerce, Insurance, Healthcare, Automotive.
Daily you will be part of the Agile team consisting of Developers, Testers, and Project Managers, you will have the opportunity to write automated tests using one of the programming languages (mainly Java or Python).
Moreover, you will have the opportunity to share knowledge on Edge1Stalks or conduct recruitment interviews.
Requirements
Skills:
- Write clean, high-quality scripts that test product functionality automatically.
- Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities.
- Share yor knowledge and expertise with other team members.

Individual employee development programme. The employee, with the support of his/her manager, decides in which direction he/she wants to develop and in what way he/she will achieve this. Meetings in which employees share their technical knowledge, but also their interests. During such meetings, ideas for new improvements are often generated.
English lessons
Classes are free for Edge1S employees and take place once a week in groups of 2-4 people. They are led by two of our in-house lecturers.

1. Interview with talent aquisition coordinator,
who will introduce the company, the benefits of cooperation as well as potential projects. In this step we want to get to know you as well as possible, so we will ask you a few questions about your experience, motivation and preferences.
2. Technical check
An interview with a technical recruiter who will verify your knowledge and skills. Technical interviews are conducted by experienced specialists who work on our projects every day.
3. Project interview
At this stage we check your fit with the team and for project requirements. Soft skills will also be assessed.
