#2 Initial Phone Interview

This is a short but meaningful conversation focused on getting to know each other. During the call:

  • We’ll tell you about Edge1S – our culture, values, and the projects we’re working on.

  • We’ll talk about your experience, preferences regarding work models (on-site, hybrid, or remote), language skills, development plans, salary expectations, and availability.

It’s important to us that this conversation feels mutual, honest, and to the point – we want to see if we’re a good fit not only in terms of skills but also in mindset.
Duration: approx. 30 minutes

Edge1s - Kariera - Krok 3

#3 Technical Interview (Online)

This is a key stage where you’ll meet members of our technical team – developers, testers, analysts – the very people you might be working with on a daily basis.

What can you expect?

  • A content-focused conversation tailored to your level and role.

  • The chance to demonstrate your problem-solving approach.

  • An initial assessment of your fit for our projects and teams.

If there are any technical tasks or specific environments to prepare, we’ll let you know in advance in the invitation.

Turning on your camera helps us get to know each other better – we value a collaborative atmosphere from the very first minutes.

Duration: 90–120 minutes (depending on the position)

#4 Project Interview

This is a meeting with the people directly involved in the project you may be joining. It’s a great opportunity to get a clearer picture of the challenges, expectations, and work culture within the specific team.
The meeting can take place online or – if the project requires it – at the client’s office.
If any technical environment setup is needed, we’ll provide you with all the details well in advance.
This stage allows both sides to make sure the collaboration will work not just on paper, but also in day-to-day teamwork.

Duration: 30–120 minutes (depending on the position)

#5 Feedback

No matter the outcome, we’ll always get back to you. Within two weeks of your final meeting, we’ll contact you with one of three updates:

  • We’re offering you the role – welcome aboard!

  • It didn’t work out this time – we’ll share the reasons to give you constructive feedback.

  • We need more time – if the process takes longer, we’ll let you know and ask for your patience.

We respect your time and effort, which is why we prioritize transparency and open communication at every stage.

Since July 2021, I have been leading the Talent Acquisition Department at Edge1S while also serving as a member of the Leadership Team. I’ve been working in IT recruitment since 2012. In my work, I value open communication, collaboration, and building lasting relationships - both with candidates and within the team.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about an active lifestyle, especially playing tennis, which teaches me focus and determination - qualities that are equally valuable in my professional life. With my experience and dedication, I help companies find top talent and create an environment that fosters growth.

I have been working at Edge1S since January 2018 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant. I’m an enthusiastic professional whose career path has always focused on growth—both my own and that of my clients. I bring to the team a positive mindset, a strong work ethic, and a passion for continuous improvement and learning new skills. I thrive both independently, following guidelines, and as part of a team. As a motivated and determined specialist, I lead projects from concept to delivery, demonstrating leadership skills and an ability to build strong relationships. My daily work in recruitment allows me to continuously deepen my knowledge and expertise in the IT field.

I joined Edge1S in February 2022 as a Junior Talent Acquisition Coordinator, and I’m currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. I hold a degree in Psychology, and while I don’t work directly in the field, my studies gave me valuable insights into understanding people, which helps me in recruitment and matching candidates to the right roles. On a daily basis, I handle recruitment for a variety of positions at different seniority levels, supporting clients across multiple industries. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and spending my free time reading books. I’m also keen on keeping up with the latest trends in the tech world.

  3. The candidate you referred goes through the standard recruitment process.
    Our team takes care of the rest and will contact the person you referred.
  4. If everything goes well – we have an award for you!
    Once the candidate starts working at E1S, you’ll receive a referral bonus (as per the terms and conditions).

My name is Mikołaj, and I’ll be supporting you in many aspects of your work - from professional development and project matching, to salary matters, exciting challenges, and overall job satisfaction. I’ve been with Edge One Solutions almost since the very beginning. Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats: support specialist, .NET developer, tech lead, university lecturer, Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Owner. I’m passionate about Agile methodologies and everything related to agile ways of working. After hours, I enjoy biking with my sons, working toward my sailing license, and relaxing with some Nintendo or Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. I’m sure we’ll find a common language!

I started fully developing my interest in IT about four years ago, mainly through project management. I’ve been with Edge since 2019, and it’s been a truly special journey - something you’ll understand once you’re here :)
Over the years, I’ve worked as a .NET Developer, Team Leader, and Project Manager, so there’ll definitely be plenty to talk about.
Outside of work, I split my time between family, gym, road cycling, and Xbox. :)

Hi! I’m Magda, and I’m part of the Services Delivery Managers team. My day-to-day job is all about making sure our consultants feel good in their projects. I meet with them regularly, talk about how things are going, what’s working well, and where they might need some extra support. I also help with day-to-day admin tasks like order extensions, project rotations, vacations, and timesheet approvals - in short, I’m here to help and support wherever I can. What gives me the most satisfaction is connecting with people and being able to make a real difference in their work experience.
After hours, you’ll find me dancing, exploring new places, and recharging through traveling. I hope we get to meet one day - I’d love to get to know you!
