The company’s first headquarters is a 20m2 office in the Zebra Tower building located at Mokotowska Street in Warsaw.

E1S begins its first cooperation with the client – Budimex.

The company establishes strategic cooperation with the American company Sabre, a global provider of services for the Travel sector, by signing a favorable framework agreement in the Body/Team Leasing model.

In Lublin, the second E1S branch is established at Szeligowskiego Street, where the first engineers begin work. Piotr Pietras is appointed to the position of Head of Delivery.

Mariusz Zawolik joins the company as Vice President and Sales Director. He immediately takes the initiative, creating a sales department and acquiring new customers.

Vice President
20 years of experience in various positions in the IT sector - from IT Analyst, through Project Portfolio Management, Key Account Management, Director/Executives level, to Member of the Management Board.
He has been active in sales for 15 years. He is one of the founders of Edge One Solutions. Currently, in addition to managing the company's strategic departments, he also serves as Deputy CEO and is responsible for the company's short-term and long-term development strategy. Privately, he is a father of three children. His passions include traveling, reading books, running and swimming, and above all, spending as much time as possible with his wife and children.
Bogdan Derdziński
Vice President
Associated with the IT world since 2001, starting as a programmer and ending as a team leader. Joined the company in 2015, member of the company's management team since 2016, Vice President of the Management Board since 2021. Responsible for HR policy, quality of services and the company's current operations. Privately, a father of two children, a fan of motoring and technology, a lover of fantasy books and walks in the forest.

Manager with over 20 years of experience in strategic management, business development, and leading complex operations in international environments. Specializes in building effective strategies, project management, and improving organizational profitability. Successfully delivered programs worth up to €65 million. A visionary leader who combines long-term perspective with operational efficiency.

Head of Talent Acquisition
Expert in the field of recruitment and selection of candidates. At E1S, responsible for developing and implementing a long-term strategy for acquiring the highest quality talents for the organization. Her competences also include creating and managing effective channels of communication with candidates.
Ewa Jankowska - Małkiewicz
Head of People and Culture
Responsible for creating a positive organizational culture and implementing a sustainable development strategy. She has extensive experience in recruitment and team management, gained in companies such as JLL and Goldman Recruitment. Combines HR activities with ESG initiatives, supporting the creation of an engaging and inclusive work environment.
