January

ElectroMobility Poland has joined the group of E1S customers.

February

CCC Tech has joined the group of E1S clients.

E1S is among the winners of Etyczna Firma 2024 – a prestigious competition organized by Puls Biznesu.

2024

January

E1S exceeds the magic number of 330 employees.

February

For the second time we have won the Great Place to Work title!

March

We welcome SAMSUNG and Zendesk among our clients.

We are ending the year with record revenue of over PLN 113 million.

2023

February

E1S is recognized as the best workplace and honored with the Great Place to Work certificate.

April

The company opens a new office in the center of Wrocław at 9 Grodzka Street. This is the 4th location of Edge One Solutions in Poland.

May

E1S receives the Best Place To Work title, ranking 10th out of 25 companies in the category of medium-sized enterprises with 50 to 500 employees.

The company is honored with the title of Ethics Standards Advocate, thus being among 15 companies meeting the Ethics Program Standards.

August

Edge One Solutions is moving its Lublin office to a new address, providing employees with a new, friendly space.

September

The Krakow team welcomes the new office location – ul. Kamienna 21.

2022

January

Start of cooperation with MODIVO, one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Poland, in the Dedicated Team model.

April

Paulina Barańska is entrusted with building the marketing department.

April

The headquarters of Edge One Solutions is moved to the Eurocentrum building at Al. Jerozolimskie 132, distinguished by innovative solutions supporting ecological activities.

May

The Edge1Hero project is launched with the main goal of honoring former employees who played a key role in the development of the company.

June

Ewa Jankowska-Małkiewicz takes up the position of HR Manager.

June

We take first place in the IT Football Championship.

December

E1S ends the year with revenue of 68 million.

2021

February

Bogdan Derdziński joins the E1S Management Board as Vice President.

March

The 5-10-15 program is launched in honor of those employees who have been with us for at least 5 years.

July

Aleksandra Wiśniewska has been appointed Talent Acquisition Manager at Edge One Solutions.

December

The company closes the year with revenue exceeding PLN 53 million.

2020

January

E1S begins cooperation with the Norwegian company Circle K Business Center Poland.

April

EUVIC Sp. z.o.o. acquires majority shares in Edge One Solutions, becoming the main shareholder.

As part of the expanded offer of the EUVIC Group, the Body/Team Leasing pillar is created, the responsibility for which is entrusted to Edge One Solutions.

September

Wojciech Wolny takes over as the new CEO, replacing Łukasz Czernecki. Bartłomiej Andrusiewicz is appointed the new CFO and joins the company’s board as Vice President.

December

The company closes the year with revenue exceeding 40 million PLN.

2019

February

Edge One Solutions expands its presence by opening its third office in the second capital of Poland – Krakow.

June

Cooperation is established with the Canadian company Freshbooks in the Staff Augmentation model.

June

The Edgeneration project, developed by Edge1S, showing the passions and interests of employees, was honored with a distinction in the EBEA 2019 competition, in the Recruitment/Image Film category.

November

The first development team receives a project for ABB, a company that creates modern technological solutions for clients from the industrial, transport and public sectors.

December

The company ends the year with 203 employees and exceeds 35 million PLN in revenue.

2018

September

Edge One Solutions signs an agreement with EUVIC, one of the leading Polish capital groups in the technology sector. It thus joins the Integrator 2.0 business model, providing services from the Body & Team Leasing pillar.

October

Cooperation is established with Moto-Profil, in the Dedicated Team model, specializing in the distribution of spare parts in Poland and abroad.

2018

The first Edge One Solutions image film is created.

December

The company ends the year with 193 employees and exceeds 31 million PLN in revenue.

2017

January

EduLab is launched, a fully owned subsidiary of Edge One Solutions, focusing on the needs and challenges of the modern world of science and higher education.

October

Edge One Solutions begins strategic cooperation with the largest Polish and one of the largest European e-commerce companies – Allegro, as part of the Dedicated Team model.

December

The company ends the year with 154 employees and exceeds 21 million PLN in revenue.

2016

February

The company begins cooperation with EMPIK, a leading lifestyle brand and one of the three largest e-commerce platforms in Poland, in the Staff Augmentation model.

May

E1S begins cooperation with one of the largest American investment banks – Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH).

December

The company ends the year with 113 employees and exceeds 15 million PLN in revenue – 400% more than in 2015.

2015

February

The company’s first headquarters is a 20m2 office in the Zebra Tower building located at Mokotowska Street in Warsaw.

March

E1S begins its first cooperation with the client – Budimex.

June

The company establishes strategic cooperation with the American company Sabre, a global provider of services for the Travel sector, by signing a favorable framework agreement in the Body/Team Leasing model.

August

In Lublin, the second E1S branch is established at Szeligowskiego Street, where the first engineers begin work. Piotr Pietras is appointed to the position of Head of Delivery.

October

Mariusz Zawolik joins the company as Vice President and Sales Director. He immediately takes the initiative, creating a sales department and acquiring new customers.

December

E1S moves its headquarters to an office located on Postępu Street in Warsaw. The company ends the year with 43 employees.

2014

June

Łukasz Czernecki initiates the establishment of E1S, a company specializing in providing the highest quality IT services.

November

Justyna Pawliczak joins E1S as the company’s first employee, where she plays a key role in developing the recruitment department.

Wojciech Wolny

Chairman of the Board

Entrepreneur, President of the Management Board and co-owner of Euvic S.A. Member of the international business organization Corporate Connections and President of the key CC1 group operating within its structure.

Mariusz Zawolik

Vice President

20 years of experience in various positions in the IT sector - from IT Analyst, through Project Portfolio Management, Key Account Management, Director/Executives level, to Member of the Management Board.
He has been active in sales for 15 years. He is one of the founders of Edge One Solutions. Currently, in addition to managing the company's strategic departments, he also serves as Deputy CEO and is responsible for the company's short-term and long-term development strategy. Privately, he is a father of three children. His passions include traveling, reading books, running and swimming, and above all, spending as much time as possible with his wife and children.

Bogdan Derdziński

Vice President

Associated with the IT world since 2001, starting as a programmer and ending as a team leader. Joined the company in 2015, member of the company's management team since 2016, Vice President of the Management Board since 2021. Responsible for HR policy, quality of services and the company's current operations. Privately, a father of two children, a fan of motoring and technology, a lover of fantasy books and walks in the forest.

At E1S, responsible for developing and implementing a long-term strategy for acquiring the highest quality talents for the organization. Her competences also include creating and managing effective channels of communication with candidates.

Ewa Jankowska - Małkiewicz

Head of People and Culture

Responsible for creating a positive organizational culture and implementing a sustainable development strategy. She has extensive experience in recruitment and team management, gained in companies such as JLL and Goldman Recruitment. Combines HR activities with ESG initiatives, supporting the creation of an engaging and inclusive work environment.

Paulina Barańska

Head of Marketing

An expert in B2B marketing and employer branding. She has over 7 years of experience in marketing strategy, lead generation campaigns and building brand image in the IT industry.
