About the client
The PZU Group is one of the largest financial institutions in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. Thanks to modern solutions and attention to customer needs, PZU plays a key role in building the financial security of millions of Poles.
As part of the project, it was necessary to first thoroughly identify all email templates that required footers. Then, the found templates were extended with appropriate footers and transferred to an external system responsible for sending messages. The next step was to create a configurator that would allow defining parameters that would be the basis for the logic of automatically adding footers to appropriate email messages.
Emails sent in the context of medical services will be accompanied by a footer consisting of graphics containing marketing information for the client. In order to attach these footers, an email footer configurator will be created on the back office system side. This configurator will take into account parameters such as: gender, age, place of service provision, etc.
