About the client
Proama is an insurance company operating on the Polish market as part of the international Groupama group. It has gained recognition for its innovative approach to insurance and attractive offers tailored to customer needs. The company offers a wide range of insurance products, including motor, property, health and travel, as well as a simple online insurance purchase process, facilitating quick comparison and selection of policies.
During the project implementation, it was crucial to ensure the system's integration with existing Proama tools and to take into account the complexity of insurance-related processes, including legal and financial requirements. Another significant challenge was to ensure the highest standards of customer data security and to create a scalable solution that would be flexible and ready for future expansions. Additionally, special attention was paid to the intuitiveness of the interface, so that the system would be easy to use for both agents and customer service employees.
The project for Proama included the creation of a comprehensive system for handling insurance policy sales processes and managing customer relationships in the agency network. The system allowed for effective documentation management, quick access to detailed information about customers and policies, and automation of processes such as generating reports or verifying payments. Additionally, the system supported the settlement of agent receivables and the calculation of commissions, which significantly improved administration and reduced the risk of manual errors.
