MediShift is an innovative technology company specializing in creating advanced solutions for the medical sector. Many facilities across Poland have huge problems with employing the right number of doctors. In extreme cases, due to a lack of sufficient numbers of doctors, entire hospital departments are closed. This applies to medical facilities in large and small cities, both public and private, and practically all medical specialties.
A breakthrough solution for doctors and medical facilities that will streamline the recruitment process. The application will match job offers to doctors' preferences. A platform with a web and mobile interface created in Java and React.js / native technology, allowing for matching people / entities based on parameterized criteria.
