GoShaper is a modern, innovative game engine that supports companies in effective management and development of employees. The tool combines elements of gamification with advanced algorithms, enabling motivation of teams, improvement of efficiency and development of competences in an engaging way.
The main challenge of the GoShaper project was to design and create a tool that would fully reflect the complexity of managing production processes in remote learning conditions. The Edge1S team had to develop a solution that combined aspects of gamification with a realistic simulator, which would be intuitive to use and attractive to users. It was also crucial to ensure the flexibility of the system so that it could be used both in student education and in recruitment and training processes for employees in various industries.
The Edge1S team has successfully implemented the GoShaper tool, which is a response to the difficult times of remote teaching of such a practical subject as production process management.
GoShaper is great for training students of Management and Production Engineering, and also allows recruiting and training employees. Thanks to it, users learn how to manage their own factory, participate in tenders, plan and fulfill orders.
