Tools and technologies used

  • Challenge

Moto Profil needed to increase the efficiency of tire purchasing and services offered by a network of affiliated car repair shops.

The key challenge was the lack of capabilities and resources required to automate the process of searching for and ordering tires in a way that would support just-in-time service.

The solution had to support fast ordering by workshop owners, handle a large number of products, and enable efficient delivery to specific locations.

  • Project significance for automotive aftermarket and B2B e-commerce

In the automotive aftermarket sector, fast access to parts and accessories directly affects workshop efficiency and the quality of service delivered to end customers.

The Moto Profil project shows how an online platform can automate tire purchasing, shorten order fulfillment time, and simplify management of a large product catalog.

For distribution companies and workshop networks, similar solutions can support B2B sales, just-in-time service, and greater operational efficiency in daily work with customers and partners.
