    The project required ensuring system reliability through manual testing and the development of automated tests for different logistics process scenarios.

    The key challenge was to define an appropriate testing strategy that would account for the complexity of integrations with external systems and the variety of processes handled by the system.

    It was also important to improve bug analysis, increase system observability, and simplify testing of selected system elements while reducing the costs related to load testing.

    As part of the project, a manual and automated testing strategy was developed and implemented, enabling effective system verification across different logistics scenarios.

    The use of tools supporting testing and automation made it possible to detect bugs faster, analyze their causes, and support their elimination.

    The prepared metrics and dashboards enabled ongoing monitoring of system performance and logistics process speed, while limited performance tests helped identify bottlenecks and introduce appropriate improvements.
