  • Challenge

The goal of the project was to create an intuitive, secure, and fully mobile platform for managing accounting directly from a smartphone.

The application had to provide remote access to accounting documents such as invoices, contracts, and tax declarations, while also enabling secure communication with the accounting office.

An important challenge was to simplify the interface, reduce the risk of user errors, and address requirements related to the protection of financial data.

The application allows users to browse documents assigned to a user or accounting office, edit document data, add comments and attachments, and scan expense documents using a smartphone camera.

  • Project significance for mobile accounting

Financial and accounting applications need to combine user convenience with data security, transparent document circulation, and integration with business processes.

The mTax project shows how a mobile application can improve cooperation between a client and an accounting office by reducing paper-based document flow and shortening the time needed to transfer information.

For accounting firms and financial service providers, similar solutions can support client service automation, improve service availability, and increase control over documents and communication.
