About the client
Bank Pekao S.A. is one of the largest banks in Poland, offering comprehensive banking services for individual clients, companies and institutions. Bank Pekao stands out with its innovative approach to technology, introducing modern digital solutions that support business development and improve customer service comfort.
The team supported Bank Pekao in increasing the efficiency of E2E processes in mortgage loans, improving customer experience and achieving the position of market leader. The key challenge was to create an innovative online sales channel that would shorten the time of application processing, increase the automation of financial analyses and improve the availability and attractiveness of the offer, while integrating with the HIPOSFERA system and adapting to changing market requirements.
The team is implementing a project divided into key stages:
- Release 1.0 (MVP): Creation and implementation of a minimal version of the product, which allowed testing of business assumptions and evaluation of the new process of handling housing loans.
- Release 2.0: Development of functionality includes omnichannel, handling of various sources of income, automatic financial decisions and support for many applicants.
- Release 3.0 (Planned): The team will focus on handling real estate from the primary market, analysis of income from accounts of other banks (PSD2) and advanced automatic financial decisions.
The project is ongoing and the solutions are being continuously improved in line with the needs of the organization and the market.
