    Creating a solution for simulating IPO debuts required reflecting a process whose outcome is difficult to predict due to market complexity and many changing factors.

    Issuers need to understand investor behavior, react to stock price fluctuations, and communicate with the market at the right moments.

    The challenge was therefore to create a platform that would not only support the IPO process, but also allow users to test scenarios, analyze potential market reactions, and better prepare for an actual debut.

    Edge One Solutions supported the anonymous client by providing IT specialists responsible for developing an advanced platform supporting the IPO process.

    The scope of support included integrating the platform with a stock exchange data provider, developing mechanisms for creating new IPOs, handling IPO registrations, and enabling real-time share trading.

    The team also supported direct communication features between issuers and investors, as well as a mechanism for inviting selected investors to participate in a private IPO.
