About the client
Allegro is the largest e-commerce platform in Poland, enabling the sale and purchase of millions of products in various categories. Thanks to advanced technological solutions, Allegro connects sellers and customers, providing fast, safe and convenient online shopping.
Creating a solution that allows Allegro customers to purchase a subscription for free monthly or annual delivery of items purchased on the platform. Promoting the Smart service by showing the customer the potential benefits of this service in an individual way, depending on the purchases they make.
As part of the project, the team created microservices supporting the Smart service, which were integrated with other Allegro services, ensuring consistent and reliable operation. The microservices are responsible for managing subscriptions, payments and delivery processes, among other things. Work on the project is ongoing, and the team is constantly developing new functionalities, such as process optimization, offer personalization and integration with additional systems, to increase the value of the service for users.
