Our back-office teams are located across all our offices. You can work in a hybrid model or fully remotely.

People Development Program
Individual Employee Development Program. With the support of their manager, each employee decides on the direction they want to grow and how they plan to achieve it. As part of the PDP, employees can take advantage of various opportunities such as trainings, certifications, conferences, and professional literature.
Micro-Trainings / Webinars / #Edge1TalkS
Meetings where employees share not only their technical knowledge but also their personal interests. These gatherings often spark ideas for new improvements and innovations.
English Lessons
The classes are free for all Edge1S employees and take place once a week in small groups of 2 to 4 people.
They are led by three of our in-house language instructors.

1. Interview with a Talent Acquisition Coordinator
They will introduce the company, the benefits of working with us, and potential projects. At this stage, we want to get to know each other as well as possible, so we’ll ask a few questions about your experience, motivation, and preferences.
2. Technical check
An interview with a technical recruiter who will assess your knowledge and skills. These technical interviews are conducted by experienced specialists who work on our projects daily.
3. Project interview
This stage focuses on assessing your fit for the team and the specific project requirements. Your soft skills will also be evaluated.
