About the client
Sabre is a global technology company that specializes in providing solutions for the travel and aviation industry. The company offers advanced reservation systems, travel management systems and analytical platforms that help airlines, travel agencies and hotels optimize operations and increase customer satisfaction.
During the project, the biggest challenge was to build a team capable of quickly delivering a new crew management application that would be compatible with the previous application, with additional features, scalability and customization. The client did not have the capabilities and resources to complete this task within the specified time and quality constraints.
In just 6 weeks, we assembled a technology team to design a new ReactJS-based app with proper backend/frontend separation, and then managed the project through to its first delivery on time and to high quality to our first customer.
